New Faces and a Fond Farewell 🌱
Last Friday, our lab members enjoyed a memorable outing to Mt. Namsan and Itaewon for a combined farewell and welcome celebration.
While we are sad to see our first lab member, Ayoub, leave for the next chapter of his academic journey in Germany, 🥲
we are excited for the opportunities ahead of him.
We are confident that he will thrive in his PhD program at EMBL and wish him every success in his future endeavors.
At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Haeun Kim to our lab.
Dr. Kim earned her PhD in Chemistry from Yonsei University, and we look forward to her contributions and collaborations within the group.
We also warmly welcomed our summer internship students, Sophia and Mandalmaa, who will be joining us for the coming months.
We hope their time in the lab will be both enjoyable and rewarding.
One of the highlights of the day was our first experience trying Moroccan cuisine 🍲 together.
It was a unique and memorable cultural experience for everyone.
